Ben Toaff graduated from the University of Maryland in December 2015. Eager for a new refreshing landscape, Ben flew south and landed in none other than Miami Beach. With no desire to wake up at 5AM on Saturday mornings to build someone else's dreams at a construction site, Ben looked for a job where he could utilize his sales skills to earn an income. Miami, as you may know, is known as the gateway to Latin America, therefore, Ben could not get a high paying sales job because of his lack of ability to speak Spanish. Ben settled for a sales job selling photocopiers and printers door-to-door. After hitting the pavement for 3 months, Ben closed his first sale and made a whopping commission of 200.00 USD selling a printer to his local car repair shop. Needless to say, Ben quit the job the next day. After becoming a licensed real estate agent, Ben stumbled across some success story videos online of some local real estate wholesalers who were making 50K+ per month, and to be quite frank, they sounded like complete imbeciles. Ben decided to join a local mentorship program, where they taught him how to wholesale properties listed on the market. After several months of trial and error, Ben closed his first transaction with the assistance of his mentor. After many ups and downs, 100's of transactions, millions in sales, and making every possible mistake along the way; Ben now leads one of the most advanced and proficient real estate wholesaling and investment companies in the nation. Today, Ben coasts around South Beach in his Lamborghini, enjoying the view from his multi-million dollar condo in the coveted South of Fifth neighborhood.
